Who are you and what is your aim?
We are a local company aimed to provide tenants or home movers with a clean that will allow as much of their deposit to be returned to them after their final inspection. For home movers is give a nice clean look and appearance to the new owners. We have been working with letting agents, tenants and landlords for 4years identifying what there needs are.
What are the benefits for tenants?
We have researched our market and have come to the conclusion that you, as a tenant, want to clean excess soil from when you moved in. In some cases the carpet where in poor condition when you moved in, so you don’t want to spend a fortune making them look immaculate. We realise with that a deep clean may not be cost effective and therefore we offer budget cleaning. 9/10 end of tenancy’s would suit a buget clean, the odd one may require a deeper clean but we do have the equipment to provide this if needed at a additional cost. The other benefit with our services is, the prices you see above are what you pay, so you don’t need to have us come and quote before we arrive.
Can we arrange a clean with you through our letting agent?
We can work around your every need however, we would advise, if you need to keep costs down, dealing with us direct is the cheapest way as some agents may add commission onto the bill.
We need our carpets cleaned, treated for pets and proof of the works?
We provide a receipt for any cleans with pet treatment. As you can see above the prices are next to the size room you need cleaned, if your property has fleas, a second application of the pet treatment may be necessary. A additional £29 for a revisit would be charged.
How do we clean?
We use a hot water extraction system that flushes a solution into the carpet, removing soil upon extraction.
What do you clean?
We clean carpets only. We clean carpets that have soil forming on the surface of the pile. A good clean for carpets with light soiling or to remove general wear and tear soil built up over 6months to a year.
What is the clean effective on?
The clean will be effective on most soiling. If the soiling is to deep and compacted, the results will be limited. If the compacted deep soiling needs to be removed, a deeper clean may be necessary at a additional cost.
What do your prices include?
Our prices include a clean to be carried out on empty rooms of go around furnishings. Includes the removal of soil and some spot marks.
How long will the clean take and how long before the carpets are dry?
After setting up our equipment, it will take approx 20mins to clean each room. The carpets Will take approx 2-4 hours to dry.
After cleaning our carpets, do we have to be careful with them?
If someone needs to move in or put furniture onto the carpets, they should place some tin foil or something protective under the feet to prevent any dye or rust marks occurring.
How do you accept payment?
We accept cash or check- If a card payment is preferred a small additional fee may apply.
What do we do now we want to book you in?
